Average sale price up 33% to $1,756,292 from $1,318,609 in June 2017 and down 1% from $1,769,955 last month
Days on market up year-over-year to 97 days this month vs 80 days in June 2017 and relatively unchanged from 96 days last month

Combined coop and condo market showed signed contracts down 3% to 386 from 399 last month and up 11% year-over-year from 349 in June 2017
New Listed Apartment Inventory up 38% year-over-year to 791 from 572 in June last year and relatively unchanged from 793 apartments last month
Average price per square foot down 3% year-over-year to $883 from $915 in June 2017 and down 6% from $938 last month
Days on market unchanged year-over-year at 61 days this month and 61 days June 2017 and down from 68 days last month
